The easiest way to find quality homecare
HOW IT WORKS
- ENTER YOUR CARE NEEDS
- RECEIVE HIGH QUALITY CARE OFFERS
- CHOOSE AN OFFER AND CONNECT
Whether you are looking for help with everyday activities such as getting changed or preparing a meal, for 24/7 live-in care, night-time care, or simply companionship and a little extra support at home, arranging care for yourself or a loved one can be a stressful experience. With so many care companies to choose from, it’s hard to know which ones provide a quality service, can meet your needs and have availability to help.
CareCompare is a free-to-use service, working with several NHS partners and charities, that helps you through this process. After entering your care needs, the anonymised information is sent to relevant, CQC-registered care companies who may be able to help. Those with availability reply with 'proposals' for care which you can choose between based on availability, care company profile, CQC rating and price, and set up a no obligation call with free support from our customer service team on hand to help you through the process. Your name and contact details are not passed to care companies unless you choose to connect, so you won’t be bombarded with calls. This way you can quickly see who is available, choose between them and connect at your own pace.

Our Story
Hear more from those using CareCompare
A simple, fast website offering a short and easy to understand form for you to submit to reach out for a caring hand... I had a response within 24 hours. I could not have asked for more. Top marks!
CareCompare is a great idea- having the opportunity to reach out to multiple companies at the same time made searching for care [for my mum] so much easier
We had to sort out 24/7 care for [my aunt]. We mentioned this to our GP, who put us in contact with CareCompare and we signed up to this online service. The process is very easy... we have had our carer without any issues and are very happy with her and the service provided by CareCompare
CareCompare offers a useful free tool to help residents find a trusted, safe solution that is bespoke to the needs of individuals. Patients in my practice have already benefited from this service and I welcome its introduction
CareCompare provides us with a trusted, impartial place where we can refer patients and their families to... our local authority and voluntary sector colleagues have also welcomed the introduction of CareCompare and seen how it can benefit local people and their families
CareCompare has opened up a whole new view of how we take care packages on...it’s great to be able to go onto CareCompare and see the different types of care needs that are out there and for us to then tap into something that we wouldn’t normally have thought of looking at
